From our lil’ family of three five to yours!<3

It was about this time last year that I was able to send out Valentine’s happy mail to some of my dear ITC friends. Did I realize back then how much they would impact my life? Probably not. Am I a better person for knowing them? Most definitely.
To all my ITC friends who’ve been with me through the last year+… Thank you! Thank you for your friendship, your words, your support, your ears, your hearts, your laughter, your tears, your shoulders… for sharing your life with mine and for taking in my life with yours… I am blessed far more than words can convey…
Happy Valentine’s Day!

Mr.DJW and I don’t usually celebrate V-day out, but he made dinner reservations at a local Italian bistro that we have a $25 gift certificate for from a Christmas gift. And because he’s not expecting anything — I sent him two dozen of these yummies:
I hope he doesn’t eat them all at work and brings some home for me to eat!
We were also going to go watch my boyfriend Channing Tatum in “The Vow” after dinner, but since the Red Wings are playing a record-breaking game tonight, I obliged him by offering to watch the hockey game instead. Don’t worry — I’ll still drag him to “The Vow.”
Happy Tuesday (because really, Vday is yet another Hallmark holiday!) and all my love to you and your loved ones on this Cupid day.
xoxo

Can you believe we’re already past the two week mark in 2012? If this year is anything like last year, it’ll be December 2012 in the blink of an eye!
Mr.DJW and I haven’t gone out to NYE party since our dating years and spent the last few at our home with friends. This year we decided we needed to do something fun!
Yanno – in case we are pregnant/have a baby by NYE 2012. So, when my friend Jesi e-mailed me about a hall party, we himmed and hawed (is that phrase right? I don’t know – I’m a boater) over the idea and finally purchased the tickets the week before the end of the year. Needless to say, we had a great time and am so happy we were able to eat some delicious eats and spend QT with our friends (they live in VA now). Without further ado – here are a few pics to recap the night:
